RIDER SAFETY

WEAR A HELMET WHEN RIDING
  • Bring your helmet everytime you ride for your own safety. Follow local regulations on helmet use.
WHERE TO RIDE
  • Stay on Service Areas only. This is marked with a green line on the app.
  • Use bike lanes when available, if not, ride along the right curb of the road.
  • Be considerate to pedestrians when riding, give them the right of way.
  • Never ride into crowded areas, walk until it is safe to ride again.
WHERE TO PARK
  • Bikes and E-Scooters should always be parked on designated Moovr Hubs, no more than 2 meters away from the standee. Illegally parked devices are fined PHP 1,000.
  • Bikes and E-Scooters  should always be parked upright, securely, using the kickstand in the down position.
RULES FOR RIDING
  • Must be 18 years or older to ride
  • Must be a competent rider
  • Respect all traffic rules 
  • Use bike lanes
  • No stunts 
  • Stay alert for moving vehicles 
  • One person per device
  • Park in designated Moovr Hubs only
  • Ride must be paid in full immediately after each ride
